AS Malacañang spokesman Harry Roque Jr. takes an indefinite leave, Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo on Thursday declared that he would succeed him.
"Yes," Panelo told The Manila Times in a text message, when asked if he would replace Roque, who is reportedly eyeing an elective post in next year's polls.
