PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte declared June 24, Monday, a special (non-working) holiday in Manila in commemoration of the capital city's 448th Foundation Day.
Duterte made the declaration through Proclamation 731, signed on June 4 by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea by authority of the President.
