PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday said he was eyeing a member of the media to be his new spokesman.
In a media interview after he awarded certificates of land ownership to Agrarian Reform beneficiaries in Boracay, Duterte said Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo would not hold the spokesman position permanently.
