President Rodrigo Duterte has threatened to “bomb” communist rebels if they mount another “large-scale war” in Mindanao.
In his speech during an assembly of mayors from the Visayas in Cebu City Tuesday night, Duterte said he would “freely use all the jets to bomb” communists even if innocent people get hurt in the process.
