EVEN President Rodrigo Duterte tried his luck at the local lottery, with a jackpot prize of more P800 million with no wins for weeks, his top aide said on Thursday.
In a phone patch interview, Special Assistant to the President Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go confirmed that Duterte also placed his bet for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
