President Rodrigo Duterte has signed into law a measure seeking to ensure the safety of Filipino workers, from hazards in their work environment.
Duterte signed Republic Act 11058 or “An Act Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards” on August 17, but the documents were released to the media only on Monday, August 20.
