PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte is still the highest rated and most trusted among top government officials, according to the latest Pulse Asia survey released on Friday.
In the poll, conducted from December 14 to 21, Duterte got an 81-percent approval rating, up by six percentage points from his 75 percent mark in September 2018.
