PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday threatened to declare war against China if it would monopolize the oil and uranium resources in the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea.)

Duterte’s threat was part of his speech during the conference of the League of Municipalities, Visayas Clusters in Cebu City, days after London-based BBC reported that the Chinese military has been warning Filipino and American planes to stay away from their artificial islands in the disputed waters.
