MEMBER countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) should invest in people in order to achieve inclusive economic success, according to President Rodrigo Duterte.
Speaking before the region’s leaders during the 34th Asean Summit in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday evening, Duterte said investing in people would result in attaining Southeast Asia’s goal of inclusive, equitable and sustainable development.
