PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has promised to reward "any policeman" who will kill their superiors involved in the illegal drug trade.
Duterte made the offer after commending the policemen who launched a buy-bust operation that led to the death of Supt. Santiago Rapiz in Barangay Miputak, Dipolog City on Monday.
