PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte will visit typhoon-ravaged Tuguegarao City in Cagayan and Laoag City in Ilocos Norte Sunday afternoon, Special Assistant to the President Christopher "Bong" Go said.
Presidential Political Adviser Francis Tolentino on Sunday said 25 people died from the onslaught of typhoon Ompong that made landfall in Baggao, Cagayan before dawn on Saturday. The typhoon exited on Saturday night.
