PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte's address to the nation will push through, but under a "modified" format, Malacañang said on Tuesday.
This came after the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) said that Duterte has cancelled the press conference he is scheduled to have with members of the media, less than an hour before it was set to start.
