TWO electric cooperative (EC) groups have pledged to help deliver internet services in rural areas in the Philippines.
The Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (Philreca) and the National Association of General Managers of Electric Cooperatives (Nagmec) said on Monday they were “all in” in helping the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to provide internet connection in remote areas.
