The value of electronics imports grew by 19.92 percent to $23.55 billion from January to October this year from $19.64 billion a year ago, the Semiconductor and Electronic Industries in the Philippines Foundation Inc. (Seipi) said.

Data from Seipi showed that eight out of the nine sectors increased their imports, led by telecommunication that grew by 38.78 percent from $964.31 million last year to $1.34 billion this year.
