The country’s electronics imports grew by 20.11 percent to $15.80 billion in the first seven months of the year from $13.16 billion a year earlier, the Semiconductor and Electronic Industries in the Philippines Foundation, Inc. (Seipi) said.

Eight out of nine sectors posted growth, data from the industry organization showed, led by the telecommunications that went up by 58.73 percent to $993.84 million this year.
