THE Department of Energy (DoE) has issued the guidelines for implementing a law seeking to streamline the permitting process for undertaking energy projects in the country.
Department Circular DC2019-05-0007, also known as the “Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11234, otherwise known as the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act (Evoss),” states that the DoE shall operate and maintain an effective information technology system that will be updated on a regular basis.
