In an effort to help alleviate the lives of marginalized tricycle drivers, the Madrigal Foundation, headed by Ms. Patricia Madrigal with its partners recently, launched its Para Kay Manong Toda advocacy campaign.
With support from the Valenzuela Chamber of Commerce, Tag Media Group and Bluestem Philippines Inc. among others, the campaign kicked off with a forum and press conference composed of distinguished panelists that include Ms. Therese Madrigal (Madrigal Foundation), Arnel Catimbuhan (vice nayor of City of Imus, Cavite for LGU), Bong Quirog (Business Chamber president for business), Rey Castro (barangay captain at Santa Maria, Bulacan, TODA), Undersecretary Rose Bistoyong (Climate Change Council), Eva Lisa Adoremos (Manong Toda), Shariff Ibrahim, Manny Lopez, Bert Hashimoto, Migui Moreno, and Mario Batuigas.
