MANILA City Mayor Joseph "Erap" Estrada was a "no show" in Monday's signing of a peace covenant for local candidates organized by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) to ensure peaceful, honest, credible and orderly elections.

Of the three most popular mayoralty candidates, only former Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim made it on time during the actual signing of the covenant at the Manila Cathedral while former Vice Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso arrived late.
