Neil Etheridge came up with a crucial penalty save anew as Cardiff City FC earned its first point in the English Premier League this season after eliciting a goalless draw from Newcastle United FC at the Cardiff City Stadium on Saturday night (Manila time).

Following a handball infraction by Sean Morrison, Etheridge denied Brazillian winger Kenedy from the spot just seconds from the full time whistle, handing the Bluebirds their maiden marker in their first home game.
