A former Cabinet member who will seek an elective post in the midterm elections next year “parked” at least P300 million worth of infrastructure projects in the proposed national budget for 2019, House Majority Leader Rolando Andaya Jr. claimed on Sunday.

Andaya said a mayor informed him that the former Cabinet member parked the allocation for flood-mitigation projects for Region 5, with the funds “to be released anytime soon.”
