PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte named a Court of Appeals justice and former public attorney to the Supreme Court to complete the 15-man tribunal.

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said Henry Paul Inting will replace the position vacated by now Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin in November 2018.
