THE appointment papers of former Customs commissioner Nicanor Faeldon as the next head of the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) will 'come out soon,’ Malacanang said on Tuesday.
Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo made the statement after Faeldon’s legal counsel Jose Diño Jr. clarified that he could not assume his new position at the BuCor because there were no officially-signed appointment papers.
