A FILIPINA living in Bucharest, Romania participating in that country’s version of "The X Factor" has advanced to the duel round.
Bella Santiago, 28, who auditioned in September and got four "yeses" from the judges, sang a cover of Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep”, during the show’s 4-chair challenge on Friday.
