Keith Guianan Echane, a Filipino who is wanted for rape and murder in Japan, is accompanied by an officer at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport where he will take a flight back to stand trial 15 years after he allegedly committed the crimes. 

A 33-year-old Filipino, one of three men who raped and murdered an Ibaraki University student in Japan in 2004, has returned to Japan to face the charges.
