FIRE hit the Philippine Naval base at Sangley Point in Cavite early on Friday, a spokesman said.
Commander Jonathan Zata said the fire started at 5:30 a.m. on the igloo containing ammunition from small caliber firearms, including those for M-203 grenade launchers with smoke grenades.
