AN afternoon blaze gutted at least 90 houses that also injured three persons in a highly populated residential area in Sitio Silangan 2 of Barangay Tejero, Cebu City on Friday.
Chief Insp. Noel Nelson Ababon, Cebu City fire marshal, said the blaze originated from the rented house of Joey Bantugan, which was owned by Preciano Karomayan.
