THE Philippines’ total fish production increased by 2.64 percent to 1.13 million metric tons (MT) in the second quarter of 2018, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said.

In its latest Fisheries Situation Report, the state-run statistics agency said commercial fisheries and aquaculture saw growth, while municipal fisheries saw a decline.
