THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) arrested a foreigner, identified as an African national, after he tried to leave the country using a fake Canadian visa.
Abdul Wahab Issah, 36, was apprehended at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 on October 21 when he tried to board a Philippine Airlines flight to Toronto, according to Grifton Medina, Immigration port operations division (POD) chief.
