Swimmer Ernie Gawilan added a gold to the Philippines’ medal haul in the 2018 Asian Para Games at the Gelora Bong Karno Stadium in Central Jakarta, Indonesia on Wednesday.
Gawilan, posted a winning time record of 1:19.90, the same as that of Japanese Ejima Daisuke’s, in the men’s 100-meter backstroke to hike the PH’s total gold medal tally to six.
