Gilas Pilipinas suffered a 71-82 loss to Congo on Saturday morning (Philippine time) in a pocket tournament titled Torneo de Malaga at the Jose Martin Cardena in Spain.
Gilas routed Congo, 102-80, last Tuesday in a friendly game but was bested by the Congolese in the actual tournament.
