Employers should give the mandatory 13th month pay of their workers on or before December 24 as mandated by law, the Associated Labor Unions-Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (ALU-TUCP) said on Tuesday.
“It should be given on or before December 24. Beyond that is already a violation of the law which may land employers in trouble,” said Alan Tanjusay, spokesman of the group.
