SEN. Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go on Tuesday filed a resolution commending Sen. Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao for bringing immense pride and joy to Filipinos following his recent boxing fete.
Pacquiao won - by a split decision - over American Keith Thurman and became the new World Boxing Association (WBA) Super Welterweight Champion after their fight on Sunday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
