SEMIRARA Mining and Power Corp. has formally named Ma. Cristina Gotianun to succeed Victor Almeda Consunji, who succumbed to pancreatic cancer in late December, as its chief.
In a disclosure on Monday, the listed mining and oil company said her appointment as its president and chief operating officer took effect last Friday.
