SEMIRARA Mining and Power Corp. has appointed Executive Vice President Maria Cristina Gotianun as officer-in-charge (OIC) to replace its late president and chief operating officer Victor Almeda Consunji.
“On account of the vacancy [resulting from] the demise of [Consunji], the board of directors resolved at its special meeting held today, Jan. 4, 2019, the appointment of Maria Cristina C. Gotianun…as officer-in-charge,” Semirara Mining told the Philippine Stock Exchange on Friday.
