HIGHER infrastructure and other capital spending in October allowed year-to-date disbursements to grow by double digits, a Cabinet official said on Wednesday.
Spending totaled P94.4 billion during the month, up 83.4 percent from the P51.5 billion recorded a year earlier, Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno told reporters.
