THE National Electrification Administration (NEA) has released P395 million in financial assistance to electric cooperatives (ECs) in the Philippines to further improve electricity services to their respective member-consumer-owners.
In a statement on Wednesday, the agency said 19 power co-ops obtained loans as of end-June for capital expenditures (capex) and working capital requirements.
