The British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (BCCP) said business groups’ position on the government’s Tax Reform for Attracting Better and High-quality Opportunities (Trabaho) bill should be considered.
“We do have some firms in Philippine economic zones, but we don’t have as many as some of the other chambers like Japan and Korea. Notwithstanding, we fully understand and have some concerns on the rationalization of incentives and we do think there should be considerations on business and companies,” BCCP Chairman Chris Nelson said.
