THE incorrupt heart relic of stigmatist St. Padre Pio at the Manila Cathedral in Intramuros, Manila left on Thursday morning and would be staying in Cebu until Sunday.
The farewell mass for the heart relic of Padre Pio, which was venerated by thousands of devotees from the time it set foot at the University of Santo Tomas for an overnight vigil until it was brought to the Manila Cathedral where it stayed from October 9 to 11, was celebrated by Jose Clemente Ignacio, vicar general of the Archdiocese of Manila.
