THE stock market could fall to the 6,900 level this week as rising oil prices are expected to foster inflation worries among investors.
Diversified Securities, Inc. trader Aniceto Pangan said further sell-offs were likely as fears of crude hitting $100 per barrel would stoke inflation, which hit a new nine-year high of 6.7 percent last month.
