THE Department of Justice (DOJ) on Tuesday filed before a local court a motion for the issuance of a hold departure order and a warrant for Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th whom President Rodrigo Duterte ordered arrested after he revoked the senator’s amnesty.
The motion before Branch 48 of the Makati regional trial Court, which was signed by Prosecutor General Richard Fadullon, seeks to prevent Trillanes from fleeing the country to evade Philippine criminal jurisdiction.
