WITH the early onset of the dry season, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) recorded the highest temperature so far this year at 37.8 degrees Celsius (C) in Cotabato City.

This surpassed the highest temperature recorded in Cotabato City in 22 years at 37.7 C on March 28, 1997.
