House enforces pre-SONA ‘complete lock-out’ from July 19 to 21

WITH less than a week to the opening of the 18^th Congress and the fourth State of the Nation Address of President Rodrigo Duterte, the House of Representatives advised the public that it would hold a “complete lock-out” from July 19 to 21 for security reasons.

Under the lock-out rule, personnel and non-employees who have no official business will not be allowed inside the premises of the Batasan Pambansa Complex outside office hours before Monday.
