THE House of Representatives ordered the “immediate recall” of the No. 8 license plates issued to its members during the 16th Congress and below after some of the vehicles bearing the special plate were spotted in “indecent places” or were tagged in criminal activities.
Majority Leader Rolando Andaya Jr. made the announcement during Wednesday’s plenary session after a road rage incident was linked to an alleged relative of a legislator from Pampanga.
