RAZON-LED International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) has raised its stake in Manila North Harbor Philippines Inc. (MNHPI) to 50 percent from 34.8 percent previously with the acquisition of additional shares worth P910 million.
The company told the local bourse on Thursday that it closed a share purchase agreement with Harbour Centre Port Terminal, Inc. involving the acquisition by ICTSI of an additional 4.55 million shares in MNHPI.
