Inflation likely continued to ease last month as lower food prices tempered fuel price hikes, economists polled by The Manila Times said.

Forecasts for the month ranged from 3.3-4.05 percent with a 3.5-percent average — within the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ (BSP) 3.1-3.9 percent estimate for the month.
