THE stock market could start the second quarter of the year on a positive note given expectations of a continued consumer price slowdown.

Eagle Equities Inc. research head Christopher Mangun said March inflation could clock in at the lower end of central bank’s 3.1-3.9 percent forecast, down from the 3.8 percent recorded a month earlier.
