CLARK, Pampanga: Investments outside economic zones will continue to come in even as tax reforms being pushed by the government call for a leaner set of perks, a Cabinet official said on Monday.

Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd told reporters at the sidelines of the third leg of Sulong Forum 2018 that incentives were not the only reason that foreign investors do business in the Philippines.
