Resigned Department of Social Welfare and Development undersecretary Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso on Friday filed his certificate of candidacy (CoC) for mayor of Manila.
Domagoso, who is challenging incumbent Mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada, is running with incumbent Manila Vice Mayor Honeylet Lacuna, under the banner of Asenso Manileño.
