Japan is proposing the use of a high-tech satellite system in Clark, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) said on Friday.
The National Space Policy Secretariat of Japan introduced its high-tech satellite system designed to improve stability and accuracy of navigation services during a workshop organized in partnership with the BCDA, the agency said in a statement.
