THE Japanese government is set to grant P15.2 million worth of projects to four local governments in Cotabato for the construction of schools, water systems, as well as crisis and training center.
Japanese Ambassador Koji Haneda will sign the contracts with the concerned local government officials on December 13 in Cotabato City.
